By accessing the RealGoTrip mainframe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the sovereign logic of this network, you are de-authorized from further access to our global dispatches.
Network Terms.
Initialization of the RealGoTrip network implies full synchronization with our usage logic. These terms govern the authorized movement within our global sectors.
02 // User Authorization
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their clearance credentials. Any unauthorized access to the network via your terminal is your sole accountability. We reserve the right to revoke clearance for any sector (e.g., Manhattan or Olympic) at our discretion.
03 // Intellectual Property
All dispatch logic, UI architecture, and technical manifests—including our core PHP architecture and utility components—are the exclusive property of RealGo Systems Inc. Unauthorized replication of our global intelligence is strictly prohibited.
04 // Sector Fail-Safe
RealGoTrip provides high-fidelity travel data, but we do not guarantee the absolute stability of third-party global sectors (Airlines, Hotels, Transfers). Our liability is limited to the synchronization of your digital itinerary within the RealGo network.
Sovereign Jurisdiction.
This manifest is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the RealGo network shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of our Saket Operations Hub, New Delhi.
